RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Horizon, we make it our mission to ensure you are completely happy with your order. Return and Refund Policy we offer a concise return policy if for any reason you were not pleased with the products that you received. Please read these return and refund terms and conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
Within 15 days of the delivery date for most items, the returned item(s) must be unused and unaltered (including packaging), and in their original condition Please note that some items, such as clearance and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return and will be indicated.
How to Initiate a Return
For return details, please email support@horizonprintersolutions.net with order number and return reason. Upon approval, we will send you a receipt with the full details of how to return the item including which address to enter. Do keep in mind that you will be responsible for the return shipping charge, unless it arrives damaged, was defective or sent by error.
Return Shipping and Packaging
It is never ideal when you have to return something back to the store or the company it was purchased from, but when doing so, make sure that you pack the product correctly, as shipping damage will not be covered. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Items lost or damaged during return shipping are the responsibility of Horizon.
Check & Returns Processing
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, which will depend on if the item meets the criteria for a return. We will try to Process refunds within 7-10 business days of the item being returned and tested for its original condition. Please be aware that the original shipping charges are non-refundable if the return is as a result of a product fault or an error on our end.
Refunds
A refund will be credited to the original payment method which was used at the time of purchase. Note: It may take up to a week (7 days) for the refunded amount to reflect on your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer. If it is not in your account within 10 business days, rep contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with the product (got a defective or another product) and want to exchange it, we may suggest that get a price. Call us immediately and we will dispatch the replacement item to you at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we can not accept some items, clearance, final sale or personalized orders could not be return. Review the special terms at time of purchase.
