We at Horizon strives hard to deliver you the products well on time. Our Shipping Policy describes the terms and conditions of how items you purchase are shipped to you. When you make an order with us, you are accepting our conditions.
Shipping Destinations
We are happy to deliver to many other countries in the world We are always working to make our products available in as many areas as possible, but there may be some restrictions depending on the country or location. And, in case we are unable to deliver the goods to your convenient location, we will notify you asap and offer alternatives… even full refund if applicable.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We have different types of shipping options available, from standard to expedited and even express shipping. Shipping is calculated in your Cart at check out based on destination, size and weight of your order, and method of delivery you choose. Before your purchase you will review all shipping fees. Occasionally, we do free or reduced shipping promotions, at which point we will disclose the procedures during checkout.
Order Processing Time
After you successfully place an order, it is usually processed within 1–3 business days. The order processing time takes about 1 to 2 days to ensure that the order can be verified, a quality check and packaging are made. Orders placed on weekends or any holiday will be posted within your following business day. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email about your order.
Delivery Times
Wait times will depend on the delivery address and method you have selected. Standard U.S. & CAN Shipping: 5–7 business days International orders will take 10-20 business days and may be delayed due to customs limitations. When you check out, your options for expedited and express shipping will be available.
Please keep in mind that shipping times are just an estimate and can be affected by external factors such as customs hold ups, severe weather or postal issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by these outside influences, but we will also work tirelessly to resolve any shipping problems encountered.
Tracking Your Order

Problems with Shipping and Lost Shipments
If they get lost, damaged, or delayed somehow please let us now immediately. We will investigate with the shipping carrier to assist you with any query regarding your order. If your package goes missing on its way to you we will either replace the item or provide a full refund depending on which you would prefer.
